I did run into some problem but Seung was very helpful and we managed to close. Seung is very professional and provides good service. The rate is very competitive. I would very likely to work with 1Rate and Seung again.

Mike did a great job on helping us through the refinance process. He would answer his phone or call back promptly with any questions that we had. I would strongly recommend Mike and his company in the future and have already passed his name along to our friends.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with 1Rate. I was shopping around for a refi and came across this company. Was sort of hesitant, but I read the reviews and decided to go with them. Believe the reviews, these guys are nothing but first class. Michael & Chris were the team I worked with and I could not have been treated any better.
