The speed, expertise and courtesy of the lending team is truly unparalleled. They worked incredibly hard over a weekend to get me rate locked. They were also consistently in communication with me during the underwriting and appraisal process to explain all of the steps and ensure everything went smoothly. I have worked with this team now for 3 of my properties and wouldn’t work with anyone else. They are truly the best and I highly recommend them.

I worked with 1Rate and Chris Choe on a refinance. I've refinanced before but this was my first time with Chris Choe and 1 Rate. I must say this was probably the most simple, smoothest and seamless process, I have ever experienced for a refi. Chris Coe and 1Rate did a great job shepherding me through my refinance. Chris got a low rate for me and made a complicated process simple. He made sure I was kept informed on every step of the way, and was always available to answer any questions. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use 1Rate for any future financing needs.

1Rate assisted our family with our 1031 exchange as we were selling a property to buy another, We didn’t know all the details that had to be kept up in order for this 1031 exchange sale and purchase to go smooth. We ended up with great rate, service and lower closing cost then we initially thought. The entire team are very knowledgeable. I’m definitely using them again for my next 1031 exchange end of this year and all my financing needs.

I cannot praise the work of Chris Choe and 1Rate Mortgage enough. Acquiring or refinancing a mortgage is complicated - it's not something you do often, there are lots of forms, and lots of numbers that can be confusing. Add to that the fact that a small difference in rate can mean tens of thousands of dollars over the course of a loan!
