Great experience with 1Rate. This was my 2nd time going through the refinancing process. They made the refinancing process as simple as possible. We were a bit hesitant at first as we have always dealt with the 'big banks' in our lending. Chris worked at our pace with much enthusiasm (and possibly patience).
