I worked with Chris Choe from 1Rate and he was very professional and attentive. Despite several potential hurdles, Chris was able to anticipate them in advance so that I knew what to expect. The entire process from loan application to settlement was smooth and the online experience was very easy. I have had several mortgages and been through several loan closings and this experience with 1Rate was by far the smoothest.
