I’ve had my 4Seating theater chairs for over 3 years now, and they’re still in awesome shape. They get used all the time, but they still look and feel almost like they did when I first got them. The leather has held up really well, the reclining works perfectly, and nothing feels worn out or cheap. You can definitely tell they’re made with quality materials. I’m really happy with how they’ve lasted, and I’d buy them again without hesitation.
Megan and Manny went above and beyond with their customer service. They answered all my questions about the extended warranty in detail and answered all my many questions thoroughly with very detailed responses. Highly recommend! Still waiting on couch to arrive soon, but imagine that will go without issue as well! So far very pleased with my experience, and customer service with Megan!

The entire experience from sale to customer service after a mistaken delivery error (not their fault) was fantastic. Megan is really a special customer service person!
Megan was amazing. Not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion, she also did research for the part that I needed and stayed on top of my tardiness. I have worked with them in the past for a part that my dog chewed and she has been extremely helpful both times. The product is also top notch we love our little theater. Thank you!
I called 4seating about and ordered I placed online. I had left white glove delivery off. I was able to speak with alive agent. He was able to add this service along place my order for me. The back massager stops working after one use. I called megan, and she was able to assist in just minutes. We love our love seat! It has brought a marriage of 22 years closer together. We now hold hands while watching T. V it's a beautiful thing. The quality of this sofa is a one, i am usually very skeptical of buying online but this was a very good buy! And they stand by their products without hesitation!
