I bought a sofa with reclining chairs from four seating in 2019. I recently had a problem with one of the chairs. I called customer service. Megan was my representative and she was awesome. She walked me through some troubleshooting tips even sent a video for me to see I couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend this company and their service department.
I called to check on the tracking number for my sofa and spoke to Megan. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She was able to answer my question and fully explained the process, future emails and contacts to expect. I hung up very pleased. Megan even wished me a good weekend!
I purchased 4 theater seats years ago and they still look and work as new even with three kids and constant use. My child jammed a table into a mount and it got stuck dude to some metal shaving but ordering a part replacement and installing it was a beeeze. If customer service makes small slips with shipping they quickly take care of you as a customer.
Had a great experience with the subcontracted delivery team. Had one manufacturing defect on one of my seats, and the customer service team was excellent in getting a new part ordered. Professional and courteous care! Top notch!
We purchased the Odyssey RV Loveseat and then an accessory (swivel table) from Megan through Shop4Seats.com. What a great improvement for our motorhome seating! The seats came in three peices, easy to assemble and look great. The leather feels nice and the massage and heat features are such a great accessory!
Purchased a Seatcraft sofa from Amazon. We liked it so well we purchased the matching recliner online at 4SEATING because their prices were better than Amazon's. Wished we would have known about 4SEATING beforehand. We would have bought everything from 4SEATING. I worked with Megan this morning in their customer service and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent customer service! A++!
Our purchase experience with Joseph was excellent. He was knowledgeable, very helpful with selection and suggestions. The delivery company was outstanding. We opted for White Glove delivery and they provided that without question and with courtesy and help. Megan, in your customer service department was extremely helpful in ordering a replacement tablet holder when it was obvious that the original was flawed. We appreciated the quality of our new love seat, and highly recommend 4Seating. Thank You
