Ordering was simple. Delivery and install was top notch. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort. The only glitch was one of the cup holders was missing the rubber insert. I called and spoke with John and he immediately got one in the mail sent to me. He was very professional and helpful. The whole experience gets a 10 out of 10. Thank you.
4Seating.com has been a wonderful experience, from the initial questions I had regarding the purchase of the movie theater chairs, to the delivery, to the service I received when there was an issue with one of the lights not working. I have never made such a large investment without seeing the product first, so I was a little nervous. But the chairs look and feel great, and everyone compliments them! e chair arm had a puncture from a shipping forklift. Hard to see during install, black on black damage, but I found it during electrical cord routing. Sent pic and described what the puncture looked like. John with customer service got back to me quickly and was able to find a solution very quickly. The family loves our chairs. I had an armrest failure and no questions asked other than the side and what the problem was and it was resolved same day!
The cup holder and mounts that came with the chair was pretty scratched up. I called and spoke with John at 4seating and he promptly and with no hassle assisted with getting the cup holders and mounts ordered and shipped to me. Got my replacement items in a few days with instructions. Great customer service experience.
I have been researching movie theater seats for our basement for a long time. Then finally I called 4seating, and spoke with Anna, who is amazing. I told her what we were looking for in material, function and style, and she recommended 2 styles. We purchased 1 of the styles she recommended and they were delivered very quickly. We put the seats together ourselves, they are very heavy make sure you have extra muscle or at least moving straps. One had a minor defect, I contacted Anna and they are sending a replacement part.
