Excellent customer service provided by Andrew and John through out the process from purchase to delivery of missing parts. Overall very good experience to buy Seatcraft Equinox theater seats from 4Seating.com. I can not say how much quality wise Seatcraft hold in future but so far I am very happy with my purchase. Great service from Richard! I needed a small replacement part one of my chairs and Richard was able to look up the part and send it my way within in minutes.
I had an issue with the Heritage Exposition Brown Leather 7000 Power Row of 3 Sofa w/ Middle Drop Down Table around 3 months after receiving it. I called customer service and described the issue with the sofa. I spoke with Anna Hernandez and then Richard Sanchez concerning the issue and was asked to send photos and a video of the issue with the arm rest on the sofa. Ordering was simple. Delivery and install was top notch. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort. The only glitch was one of the cup holders was missing the rubber insert. I called and spoke with John and he immediately got one in the mail sent to me. He was very professional and helpful. The whole experience gets a 10 out of 10. Thank you.
4Seating.com has been a wonderful experience, from the initial questions I had regarding the purchase of the movie theater chairs, to the delivery, to the service I received when there was an issue with one of the lights not working.
