My rep was great and she really helped me to get everything organized. My theatre chairs are great and nice to look at. I’m very pleased with this purchase and the cheap prices.
We ordered a 9 seat configuration. Zach was the sales agent I dealt with and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. Once delivered the configuration was a bit off as set up by independent delivery company. Brittney helped me by telephone and email and I was able to properly set them up easily. Great company and great people helping.
While it is never fun to have an issue with an order the customer service I received from Angela really could not have been better. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and everything with my order was completely resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again simply based on the incredible customer service I received. Thank you Angela.
I called to order parts. , after realizing I called the wrong department, the very nice gentleman on the phone transferred me to sales. I spoke to a woman named Jessica and she was extremely patient in finding out what part I needed and extremely helpful. She very attentive and seem to care a great deal about getting me the parts I was looking for! I’ve saved the business emails and ext numbers for everyone I talked to. Today I’ve experienced customer service that most companies can only dream about achieving.
Pricing was reasonable and the seats are fantastic! One of my seats came with a light strip along the bottom that didn’t work when it arrived. Called 4seating for assistance. The rep was great and helped with me receiving a new light within days. Had to install the light myself, but was very simple and had all the materials I needed to attach the light. I was skeptical about ordering the seats online, but it’s been a great investment. I plan to order another set. Makes my theater room look sharp!
Customer service has always been great at 4seating. From the lady taking the orders to the tech support person who is very responsive, patient and knowledgable. I had an issue with my SoundShaker not syncing/pairing properly. I believe Richard was the tech support engineer who called to help me with the issue and he suggested instead of using the 2nd bass port on my receiver, to use the Y-cable that came with the kit and run it as if there was only 1 bass port and that instantly did the trick (mentioning this in case anyone ... read more

I bought the Seatcraft Anthem Home Theater Seating Red Leather Power Recline Loveseat with Center Storage Console, Powered Headrests, Cup Holders. This theater chairs is absolutely stunning and beautiful, with high quality leather, and is so comfortable. I fall asleep in them all the time!
