Ordered this on Monday 4/20 after speaking with Zachary from Seatcraft. Wife and I originally had our sights set on the Europa, but Zachary suggested the Anthem as its made of top grain leather where as the Europa is made of gel leather. Same features on both and not much difference in price for a much better material. It was great advice which we followed. Wow! I ordered the theator love seat and couch combo in expesso leather model Republic. Spoke with Zach on the phone on Sunday, 4/19/2020. He answered all the questions I had and processed my order. Then. All the sudden "boom" the next day they shipped. Its Friday 4/24/2020 and the couch was delivered today! The driver was super nice, but be prepared for it to come on a 40ft semi. We purchased the Vienna Stadium Seating Couch, but after 1 year it had a mechanical issue on oneof the recliners. I contacted Guardian who the warrsnty is through and they contacted 4Seating. Within 2 weeks, we had a replacement. Great response time and customer service!

We unfortunately had a seat that ripped very quickly after our purchase. Richard was our customer service rep and took care of it very quickly and was awesome to work with. Highly recommend 4seating and will purchase again.
