Great customer service and great after sale service
There was some freight damage to our theater seating when delivered. A call to support and Richard Valdez quickly and professionally took care of our problem. we sent photos, and he arranged for replacements to be sent - great customer service. The theater chairs are well built and comfortable, so the excellent service is the topper for our experience with Theater Seat.com. I had an issue with a motor on one of my seats. I called and during this crisis of course I've lost my job. They were so kind and gave me a one-time courtesy and save me a home over $150 I commend your company and would buy my next couch from you guys. I recommend this company to anybody and everybody. Richard Valdez is great to work with and is very responsive. He has helped in troubleshooting electrical issues with our chairs and had promptly sent the parts to fix the issues at no charge, even though the issues were caused by our wear and tear on the power cords. Highly recommend.
I purchased the Heritage Streamline. The main reason I was interested in this particular sofa was due to the individual neck support and motors. I can say that after owning this for maybe a week or more I am noticing a gradual reduction in neck pain compared to my old sofa with a very low back to it (no neck support at all). I recommended my friends to purchase from 4seating.
Ordered this on Monday 4/20 after speaking with Zachary from Seatcraft. Wife and I originally had our sights set on the Europa, but Zachary suggested the Anthem as its made of top grain leather where as the Europa is made of gel leather. Same features on both and not much difference in price for a much better material. It was great advice which we followed. Wow! I ordered the theator love seat and couch combo in expesso leather model Republic. Spoke with Zach on the phone on Sunday, 4/19/2020. He answered all the questions I had and processed my order. Then. All the sudden "boom" the next day they shipped. Its Friday 4/24/2020 and the couch was delivered today! The driver was super nice, but be prepared for it to come on a 40ft semi.
