Wow! I ordered the theator love seat and couch combo in expesso leather model Republic. Spoke with Zach on the phone on Sunday, 4/19/2020. He answered all the questions I had and processed my order. Then. All the sudden "boom" the next day they shipped. Its Friday 4/24/2020 and the couch was delivered today! The driver was super nice, but be prepared for it to come on a 40ft semi. I met the driver in front of our gated community. Our community is not designed for big rigs. So I took my truck and met at the college next door.... read more

We purchased the Vienna Stadium Seating Couch, but after 1 year it had a mechanical issue on oneof the recliners. I contacted Guardian who the warrsnty is through and they contacted 4Seating. Within 2 weeks, we had a replacement. Great response time and customer service!

Richard Valdez is the customer service representative I had for replacing a broken recliner. He was quick to respond to my email and in getting a replacement chair ordered. He was kind and professional in our correspondence.
Wow! Quick and excellent customer service! My chair stopped working a, so I called in to ask for recommendations for repair companies. Jessica answered and told me exactly how to trouble shoot and to call her back when I did what she told me. It was just a faulty power adapter, so I called her back and she is shipping me a replacement one immediately! I had delayed calling bc I thought it would be a hassle, it was so easy. Thank you for your friendly and helpful customer service. Will definitely recommend!
