This place is always crowded so I took a chance and stopped by one night . Our server was friendly and we were seated quickly. I was overwhelmed by the menu . I think it was about 5-6 pages long We order a starter and bit down on them and they was FROZEN in the middle I sent them back and ordered a Nacho platter WITHOUT refried beans . Food took at least 35 minutes to arrive. Server didn't acknowledge the time. Tables arrived after us & received their food. Food finally arrived & we already decided we were ready to leave. Asked for our bill $50 (food barely touched). Paid & left 10% tip. Went to another restaurant to enjoy dinner.

Horrible service!!! Our server was mocking mentally disabled people with hand gestures and complained about how horrible parents that were in the restaurant. This was because their kids weren't under control like he thought they should be. Our waiter also insulted two other people at our table. The general manager and manager just sat on their hands and defended the waiter. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!
Not only is the staff rude, the mangers back them. Our waiter not only made fun of mentally retarded people but also complained about stupid parents that can't control their kids. He was very touchy towards everyone at the table and continued to insult people at our table. If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would.
Came here after a long day of work because it was one of the only few places that was open service sucked took forever to get my food the only thing good was the bun that was dipped in some aïoli sauce burger wasn't even good my girlfriends veggie burger wasn't too good either. Our waitress was really nice !

I arrived at 54th street at roughly 3 pm central time on March 20th, 2021. I walked into the building with high hopes as I have eaten there a many times. I sat down and the ambiance just felt off, as if the air had gone wrong and all the positivity in the room vanished. I was bombarded with a rush of cold wind since they placed me in the darkest corner of the room where the a/c was abusing me. I ordered a mac daddy and fried pickles. Sat at the bar for two hours relaxing and Josh did not slow down from making drinks the whole time we were there. He is the hardest working bartender I have seen in a long time. The food was also great.
One of my favorite restaurants for years before they came to Texas or McKinney. Happy hour is still awesome with great prices on appetizers. The Super Nachos are awesome! It's a meal by itself. Don't let the full parking lot dissuade you. We have been several times with a full lot and they usually still have available seats. They don't take reservations, but you can join their wait list from the app. You can also get points for your visits towards discounts.
Went here last night for the first time and we had WONDERFUL service. We sat in the bar area to avoid the 35 min wait... but we were greeted by a super sweet waitress within like a minute of sitting down. I wished I remember her name but she was super cute, wore glasses, brown hair- ANYWAYS, she was such a doll.
