It was my first time at 54th Street. I ordered a simple to-go order, with three burgers and a salad. On one of the burgers we asked for no garlic aioli and it was printed ON the box and there was garlic aioli. On another burger, I had asked for no pink, and a full garden workout (lettuce tomato onion and pickles). Again. Printed ON the box but the burger was pink and only had lettuce and tomato. A group from work had lunch today for a coworkers Birthday. The waiter was pleasant and providing all the right service. Everyone's lunch was fine except mine. There was a hair melted into the cheese in my burger. I understand things like this can happen and politely let the waiter know and he apologized. It took some time for for my new burger to come, but I was just thankful they were truly making another one. Normally when the manager comes out and apologizes or the meal is compensated. Not here. I like the place and it has a lot of vintage items which takes me back to my time. Our server Haley was FANTASTIC!!!! Very attentive and service with a smile which I really like. Food is really tasty so ensure to come hungry because you won't regret ordering the food.

My husband and I stumbled across 54 one day and fell in love with their hot wings and burgers. Went to the location in Euless Tx. We craved it again and went back. Tried their super nachos and loved them too! Craved again the wings and went back always sitting in bar area at lunch time and had great service!!! Went to Keller location and sat in dining area at lunch and had great service but food took forever over 45 mins and all burgers came out cold and slightly under cooked mine but I ate it anyway. It was my daughter's birthday and horrible experience! Service was awful. Only saw our waitress when she took our order and to bring bill. Never came by to see if we needed any or refill drinks. Sliders were burnt and had to be sent back to be remade. Steak was overcooked and baked potato wasn't cooked. Never offered dessert for kids meal. Food took about 40 minutes to come out. Would not recommend!!

Bartender was the rudest person ever! He didn't give silverware then didn't check on us after food was delivered. We had another girl (super nice) give us refills more drinks. While we were eating he came over and said do you want to close your tab....I want to close my drawer ultimately saying get out. Service is everything and we will never visit this establishment again.

Was not satisfied at all, the lid came off of the soup and guess where the soup was?, right! in the bottom of the bag and I had the summer salad,which sounded so good but it was so small. A couple of bites (4or 5) and that was it. I know stuff happens. I just hope if you have it delivered this will not happen to you.

Food was good. No manager in sight and a serious lack of trained employees everywhere. When a Customer orders a meal with soup or salad you ask " would you like that out now or with your meal". How hard is that? If a Customer wants to order an appetizer that's unavailable, a simple suggestion and offer of a few dollars off of another one should be the norm. This place gets a lot of volume so they wont probably give a rip if they make changes that put the Customer first or not.
