I've attempted to place a order online, location not accepting orders online, or through app, if you call they direct you to order on app/or website. Should've known better... then attempted to walk in although I'm under the weather for the hostess to point me to the bar to place to go order. The bar was full and over occupied. Everyone acting busy not giving eye contact. Poor customer service, everyone probably over worked. Refuse to come back this is always the issue...

Worst service ever it takes minutes before a waitress will come bye they messed up on food like three times we was in there at happy hour and they charge us full price for appetizers and they have an attitude when you ask for something do not recommend it

I was definitely hesitant to try this place out after reading some of the reviews, but we decided to give it a try anyways, and I am so glad that we did! The staff, food, drinks, and environment were all incredible! I will definitely be back soon!

It was first time we ordered on Uber eat last Sat.First , food was way delayed and we didn't get the drink , second, everything was perfect, expect the sirloin and vegetables , way toooooooo salty, my BP up to 160 mmHg after took two bites on it. I think bc the chief too busy , I mean, there is no way the other food taste good , and this one tasted like this worse. We visit 54th st often so it was no surprise we brought the family when they visited from Seattle!! Machi was amazing! He was patient and listened to us because we were very picky to say the least. After dinner we ordered a few shots which came out wrong which was okay but what was not okay was the Server who brought them out and her attitude because it was wrong! If we only ordered the Gringo Dip this would be a 5 star review but sadly that is not going to help with this order. A simple order placed online using their app for a pick-up. Being 54th Street is 5 minutes away we figured we'd have the perfect temperature for something not eaten in the restaurant. Not hot but more than a little warm. So we place our order from their app. He ordered the baked potato platter. The potato with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon & broccoli. He checks the box that says no broccoli. Love this place! Great food, good variety and mixed drinks are done well. My husband and I go in every few weeks/months for a Friday afternoon date and the bartender ALWAYS remembers our typical drink and appetizer order. Highly recommend!

I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken and the chicken was tough. However I still rate our experience as four stars because everything else, the sides, the gravy, the appetizers, the waitstaff, etc. were all exemplary. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. I'm thinking the problem with the chicken was an aberration.
