You have to come here if your hungry, you want to watch the game, or BOTH. I just wanted a steak and received prompt service. When you wait for your table, the waitress jots your cell number and texts you when table is ready. Her estimation was correct because we waited only ten minutes. The "Devil's Den Burger" was the best burger I've had from a restaurant in ages! I ordered it with fried jalapeño slices, grilled onion, and a side of ranch. I will definitely be going back here soon!
Good service and great food at a fair price. It doesn't get any better than that. We had the 3 courses for two special. We each got chicken fried chicken and it was delicious. My only complaint was the potatoes my husband had and the fries I had weren't hot nor was the gravy. But the asparagus and chicken were piping hot. Go figure. Anyway. They were very busy and rightfully so in this diners opinion. We will definitely return.
Went here For NYE and Honestly the food was pretty good, Biggest problem was we were drinking beers and eating Nachos and they literally brought our dinner Bagged up ToGo, the waitress from then on was really just being pushy for us to Leave, she even brought our check and DIDNT offer us the option for Desert, I was out with MY Hubby Kid FREE, so I told her we were having desert, she literally brought out MY Desert and dropped the check again... Our first time trying this place . We ordered take out online. We picked up, came home to find no flatware despite us requesting it. No gringo sauce, no bread with honey butter. It's not alot extra but we still paid extra for it... So I call the restaurant and spoke to someone then get put on hold. I explain the items missing. He offers to credit me if I set up a rewards membership... First time visiting & had hot wings & calamari. Wings were not hot to be 'buffalo' and were overcooked & hard, the calamari was also overcooked. I can't speak for other food on the menu. Service was great, I give that 4 stars.
Gave it another try and glad we did. Food was much better. The red snapper was fresh and hub said the fried tilapia and shrimp was the best meal he'd had from here.
Nice to go to a new place in a new city. They have all the different foods you want and a great place to watch sports. Will be back again.
Not a good experience at this 54th Street location. Waitress was not knowledgeable about menu, unfriendly, not attentive and then made mistakes on our bill. The food was not good , and in fact three of the 8 of us got sick after eating there. I've been to other locations, but will not be returning to this one.
