Service is poor and the food is subpar. Both times I have been here with my family the kitchen has messed up our order. The chicken is dryer than a flip flop no matter how you get it. Cook times on the steaks are way off, if you want medium rare or rare you will not get it the first or maybe the second time. I know understand why the restaurant is never busy, I will definitely not be returning. I gave it a second chance and that was my error for trying.

FOREIGN OBJECT IN FOOD! I ordered a chicken dish that was in a sauce and my third bite in I noticed something strange in my mouth. I pulled out a thick, square piece of paper. I was totally disgusted. The manager said it was the paper that is used to separate slices of cheese. I couldn't eat another bite. I was so upset because I could have easily chocked. We had the best experience last night on New Year's eve. We just wanted a relaxing but fun evening with friends and the wait staff was amazing. We had eaten dinner earlier at a near by restaurant and decided to enjoy some drinks and friends and the wait staff was attentive to us. We were one of the last groups there and the staff provided free champagne for a new Year's toast.

Our second visit to this location and we loved Happy Hour. Great drinks and appetizers available for Happy Hour. We had excellent service from Hailey W. Loved the $5 Long Islands and my husband loves the beer selections. Can't wait to return.

We have been here no less than a dozen times and it continues to be a favorite. I'm very surprised at some of the negative reviews as we have consistency received good food and good service. Yes, like most places over the past year, they have had some issues, but nothing significant and always pleasant. Two of my favorites are the rattlesnake pasta and the prime rib dip. Gave this place a chance a second and third time. Will not return. It took us 15 minutes each visit to get our beverages after we were seated. Last time our server went home sick and we were forgotten about. By the time our food was brought to our table, the soup was Luke warm... and the bread on our sandwich was soggy. First time experience. Good good. Fresh. Quick service. The crab cakes actually had just crab and not a lot of filling. This was a plus. The tarter sauce is homemade. The Turkey club was good. Proper offerings. Would recommend the try.

My husband and myself went yesterday after some Holiday shopping! This was our first visit and will not be our last! Service was excellent our waitress Michelle who we recommend was very knowledgeable and courteous! We ordered the shrooms to start which were brought out hot and they tasted great! The pre-checkin process sucks, even the manager couldn't explain how it works, so if you find yourself waiting after you've already checked in 30 mins prior, just walk next door to Glorias an they'll sit immediately.
