Our 1st time here. Customer service was good; our waitress was great and the food was excellent. My only concern/problem is they were NOT crowded at all but it took 20 minutes for chips and queso (appetizer) to come out another 15 for our soups and salads to come out (which was before dinner) and another 20 PLUS minutes for our dinner to come out (only 3 of us). I guess if they're ever crowded when we go we'll most likely will leave and go elsewhere.

Food is beyond horrible. I ordered the French dip and it tasted like play-doh. The bread seemed fake and the meat was extremely bland. The inside looks so cool and the atmosphere is awesome, however it is a restaurant not a museum. Can't believe I wasted that much money for something so bad.

So many things went wrong when we went. 1) I put my name on the wait list for 6 people, they put us at a table for 4 in the middle of the floor. When I asked to be moved to a different table I was told it would be a 32 minutes wait. Absolutely love the franchise. We're originally from Kansas City and have been patrons of 54th street restaurants for about 15 years now. They are consistently awesome! Most everything on the menu is both great tasting and a good value. Super nachos are a favorite. We love the discounted appetizers and drinks during happy hour!! Today I had the bacon cheeseburger with the fried egg. Wow. Egg and burger both cooked perfectly. I ordered delivery via Uber Eats .... The restaurant got my order wrong. 1) I asked for no avocado and they confirmed no avocado however first bite was a bunch of avocado 2) while the baked potato soup was tasty there was only 4-5 small pieces of potato, the rest was liquid I called the restaurant and was told I could take a "credit" or for a refund I would have to take them the food. The whole point of delivery is so wouldn't have to drive. And why would I want credit for a restaurant that served me wrong/bad quality food?

The food here isn't bad, however, service is not so good. Maybe understaffed, waitress seems overwhelmed with too many tables. If you have time to wait.. might be okay. Keep that in mind when you eat here.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Took at least 15 minutes to get a server. 10 minutes to get drinks. 30 minutes for food. All food came out COLD. Sent it back and another 20 minutes. We just asked for this 'crap' to go. There was not one positive thing about our visit AT ALL. HORRIBLE.

Normally this place is good but today was not. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and requested no cheese. 15 min later my meal came out, with cheese of course. So I took it off, didn't say anything, no big deal but when I bit into my sandwich it sprays Mayo all over the place. I opened the sandwich and the thing is just covered in the white stuff.
