Greasy, lack of seasoning burger with bruised & nasty looking lettuce. Service mediocre. Overpriced for what we got. �
Food was cold when it was brought to the table. Waited 15 minutes before our waiter came back to check on us. He took my food back, by the time i got my dinner my husband had eaten his food! We was in there an hour and 30 minutes!! Won't be going back for a very long time!
Screwed my food up not once but twice and still cost $32!!
The atmosphere was nice but i was very disappointed in MY food. I ordered a 14 ounce Ribeye and i recieved about a 10 or 11 ounce piece of sirloin. Believe me i am a ribeye junkie and this was absolutely NOT a ribeye at all. The meat was tough and the piece of meat was long like a sirloin. Let me start off by saying we go here often and the food is usually really good and hot. But last night they got most of our order wrong. And it was cold. Our waitress sent a manager to our table and she fixed everything that was wrong and gave us 2 free deserts. When we was ready to pay for a meals i noticed our check was wrong so i let our waitress know. She gave it back and it was still wrong. Still a decent place to eat but they took our favorite thing off the new menu..... BACON WRAPPED TWIN FILLETS. #FAIL54THSTREET
I had a bad experience for the first time ever. I got the same sandwich I always get. The chicken was dry and the bacon was burnt. I will still GI back just disappointed this visit.
The food and service was really good but making people wait to be seated when you can clearly see several empty tables is just beyond ridiculous!! Crossed it off our go to list...
