A personal story of inspiration...... Last Saturday, the wife and I were dining in St joe (doing a little shopping), and somewhere, her bracelet slipped off undetected, and was lost It was a cute bracelet (a designer piece I had purchased for her) during our vacation with my parents this year. I am usually pleased with their food I ordered my family's food tonight when I got it they first forgot my daughter's meal then when I open mine it was missing half of what was supposed to be on it has to be some of the poor service I have ever received in a long time
We had a group of 5 yesterday, the service was okay with our drinks. The waiter took our orders and everything was good then the meal came. My mother ordered a steak, baked potato and salad. When the entree came mother did not get her salad and her baked potato was cool enough the butter didn't even melt. As far as I am concerned their service and food quality has gone down bad enough that I doubt I go there again.
We arrived at 625pm told 30 min.wait.waited 35 min.told 10min more kitchen was behind.at 1hr 12 min we were seated.It pisses you off to stand there while you can see at least 5 or 6 tables or booths open.we could of been sitting having drinks or appetizers. Food was good but there are to many other restaurants to go to. I was told I can pick the restaurant next time it won't be 54th Street. And I don't care if I ever go back. They were just a little too smug about we can't seat you because the kitchen can't keep up.
Food was ok ! By the time we got our order the potato soup was cold �� , just the chance you take when you go out to eat
Food was soso! Waitress was Awful!!!! Made it a not so relaxing meal!
Had the chicken frajita salad. Can't wait to go back and order again. Also first time to taste gringo sauce on appetizers. Really special.
To go order was nothing like when you eat in. Thought this place was a little above that.
Please install a door opener so people with disabilities can enter and exit your restaurant independently. It's 2016.
