Apparently the kitchen messing up your order 2x results in zero food and no manager visiting your table. We used to be regulars and will not be returning.

RecommendedI love 54th street and I have never had any problems with my food, but tonight my baked beans were dry and the bowl was below half full. I’m so disappointed 😔 I guess it’s not good to go and hour before closing! 😡😡😡

used to love this place, but the food was terrible. burgers tasted like frozen patties not cooked all the way.

Was our most favorite place to eat since it opened. Thought our last couple of episodes there was a fluke. 3rd times a charm. Tough steak lousy service. Ribs and margaritas were great but we can get that most anywhere. We hate to see this happen to our favorite place to relax at. It was a great stretch. Good bye.

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes at table with no one coming to even take a drink order. Pathetic. Do not go here if you expect any type of service.

Just ordered delivery and missing child meal dessert. Ordered 4 loaded sliders but literally only the meat and bun was on the order. Ordered silverware and not included

We just ate there for lunch and it was not a good experience. The service was awful. Had to get up to ask for ketchup, steak sauce, and refills. They made a mistake on our order and gave us tbe wrong food. We used to love to eat here, but never again. We also had to get up and run someone down for our check.

came for my birthday and had horrible experience, from my wife eating alone while they fixed my steak, no refills, no Mgr came after asked , poor decision to come, loyal customer for several years, not any more, too many other places do it right consistently. did the survey on check as soon as got home and been 2 weeks and no one has bothered to reach out
