First time trying to eat here and it was awful. Ordered appetizers and it took 30 minutes to get, mind you there was hardly anyone in there. Waiting for our food and still never got it and the server drops us off loyalty cards that no one signed up for. Then she asks if we need anything as we are sitting there with empty water glasses. The worst part? She brings the waters and drops off our checks.. WE STILL HAVENT GOTTEN OUR FOOD!!! Another server notices and calls the manager over. What good he was. My family and I frequently visit the 54th Street in Shiloh. Today my husband asked me to place an order while he got ready for work. I used the 54th street app... placed an order for 2 appetizers and 1 drink. I placed it at 248pm with an expected delivery of 343pm. I get a call at 322pm from the delivery service that the restaurant is having several difficulties. Their printers are not working and there are other issues. slow service. We ordered from the online app. We waited for 30 minutes , asked and called 3 times. Each worker said we will check on your order. We waited another 30 minutes. After my husband said he wanted his money back, five minutes later . They delivered our food to our car by the manager.He said they had to refired the chicken fried steak. He gave us a gift card. Absolutely terrible, got there and had a 45 min wait which was no problem but waited 1 hr 15 min then waited another hour to get our food and my husband ordered fish and and it was raw and kids never did get their refill

First, we were told 30-40 minute wait. Almost an hour later we were seated. As a party of two (which we were also) was seated before us!! The service was extremely slow, the food was not great...at all. Our waitress visited our table twice maybe three times, but was having a grand time flirting with another one of her coworkers. We complained about the food, the waitress offered to take the dessert (which we never received) off the bill. Definitely the worst service and meal we’ve had here. We had 54th Street for dinner tonight and it was AWFUL! I have NEVER had such terrible service at 54th Street. We asked our waitress if they had happy hour apps on Sat multiple times before getting an answer. We had to ask multiple people for silverware, had to ask for bread (which is no longer complimentary but we were not told until after we got it), bread was cold when we got it, incorrect drinks were received, one of the apps was cold, the tacos were DRIPPING grease, had to send the kid's pasta back, and empty cups piled... read more

My Brussel sprouts were just burnt leaves I couldn't even eat them.. my steak was practically raw. I had to cook to temp when I got home. And my food was practicly thrown in the car by the guy doing curbside and then he walked off so fast he didn't take his 10 dollar tip. Worst service I have ever received at this location. I will not be returning to this location and will probably just stick with Texas Roadhouse for now on.
