My Brussel sprouts were just burnt leaves I couldn't even eat them.. my steak was practically raw. I had to cook to temp when I got home. And my food was practicly thrown in the car by the guy doing curbside and then he walked off so fast he didn't take his 10 dollar tip. Worst service I have ever received at this location. I will not be returning to this location and will probably just stick with Texas Roadhouse for now on.

We signed up for the on line join the wait, showed us 20 minute wait. We got there and they told us it was another hour. Then looked at us like we're crazy for looking puzzled.

Thee worst service ever , it take almost 20 minutes to place drink order . Ordered Gringo dip and chips it was cold and solid . Manager brought a new one that was just warm . Dinner comes my daughters order wrong and my youngest and husband to waiting to eat . . I don’t even want food which is cold and supposed to be hot .

Five empty tables and you can’t seat anyone waiting for thirty plus minutes? Either hire a manager who can run a restaurant or host staff that do more than just stand at a podium. I’m not a business grad but I know enough to seat customers who want to spend money in your establishment

We experienced terrible slow service tonight. Our food was cold and had to track down our server multiple times!
