Terrible customer services. My rep hung up on me because i did not know what one of the charges was on my bill. Also, the CFO raise my rates and told everyone at the bottom of a generic email.

I was just cold called by one of your representatives. I was calmly explaining the reason why I did not do business with 8x8 and the guy bluntly hung up on me. This is one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with any company so far.
What's up with the horrible customer service with your billing department??!! First I'm told one thing about fees that was clearly misinformation and generated a much larger than discussed charge on my credit card. Then when I call back and alas get a 'refund' processed, I'm told the refund will only be used as credit not actually go back to my card and I cannot use this credit to pay towards the cancellation of service. After 2 weeks and many hours of trying to get a clear line on both outgoing and incoming calls, we gave up. Customer Service understood and said "Sometimes it just doesn't work." Our sales rep Matt L. explained no problem, we can roll it all back. Except, he did not want to get involved in having that happen, and We were required to pay the return shipping. If this is something that "Sometimes it just doesn't work." 8 X 8 should pay for the return shipping!

After 3 years with 8X8 we tried using our phone this morning and their recording says your service has been disconnected. As a businesses who relies on our phone to work for our clients, this is not acceptable. No email no phone call. We logged in to update CC. This is unacceptable.
I am completely frustrated with 8x8. We have been with for about 2 years, and that's probably 1 year & 6 months too long. We have had issues with call quality, dropped calls, etc. on an ongoing basis. They have changed multiple things on their side, and we have made all of their recommended changes on our side and we are still have dropped calls. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone because we were trying to change settings on 2 extensions and ended up with 2 Polycom phones that now don't work. 1 of them was even brand new... read more
This company offers DNS service via their "zerigo" brand. The DNS service has non stop interruptions for last 4 days. Do not deal with them
