    Bar far, 8x8 is the absolute worse VOIP soft phone virtual desktop system I have ever used. There system has gone down leaving me helpless with my customers. Basic level support is very limited. Upper level support never ever gets back to you even after multiple ticket requests. Again, I have never had worse service with any other company in working with my business. Never again. Btw- I am a soft phone user using the virtual office desktop software. I would never recommend just because of their lack of response in service. E... read more

    I will give your support team a minus 10 (-10) on a scale of one to five. I have had 8X8 for over 8 years. During this time, my address in the system was wrong. I had a Frederick, MD address with a 21702 zip code but your system had Frederick, MA with a 21702 zip code. I have been going front and back with your company to have this corrected but to no avail. Consequently I cannot have my number ported over to another carrier because of the wrong address in your system. I don't know how to make your support ... read more

    I will never deal with 8x8 again. Lacks basic functionality (soft phone will not ring PC speaker when phone is in headset mode, voicemails are emailed to ALL hunt group members, etc.). Deceptive marketing practices (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee not yet fulfilled, no promise to refund ALL money), and sales staff doesn't understand product.

    Let this be your last option... Pros Great people, decent support, remote opportunities, leads.... Good when it works... Nice perks, company events, provides food and drinks pretty regularly. Got stress relievers like ping pong table, foos ball tables, a Wii on the sales floor. Sales floor gets all the perks... Cons Long hours - 10-12 hour days expected, constant changes that disrupt the entire sales floor. Support is horrible.     Horrible service!! Sales rep will not return calls or emails!! Start up Allstate company still dealing with phone quality issues after 1 year!!

    I have been trying to cancel my account with 8x8 for over two weeks because of their lack of concern and lack of solutions. They have no numbers that connect with real people. The closest I got was a live person in billing. They said I had to speak with someone in Account Services but their lines were too busy so they would forward my name and number and someone would get back to me. I reached out to my "Account Manager" John Skruch and he said there was no such department as Account Services, but did't offer to help me with... read more
