The service works well. It has a lot of capabilities and at times is less than straight forward on how to configure things but I have seen a steady trend to make it easy to use. Technical support has worked well the few times we needed it. Call quality is good even on my current less than optimal network configuration.

The video quality is amazing on a video conference. I like the ability to use on my mobile devices: phone & tablet. I was able to import my numbers too - even have a fax line. The functionality is priceless. Great system.
