We have been with 8x8 for 3 years, and I feel that in that time our advancement from where we were technology wise and where we are now has advanced at least a decade. 8x8 has walked me through several complicated projects and made everything work as close to my imagination as possible.

Our 8x8 onboarding team was outstanding!! They were patient, knowledgeable & extremely helpful with project management and deployment. We knocked off one star because 8x8 support is OK. Its a tough shift from our amazging onboarding team to an answer desk that typically gives the same answer Google gave me.

Overall the product is great. Especially for remote users. Admin features can be complex and sometimes when you call for support, it is hard to understand the person speaking with you.

I enjoy using 8 x 8 as our call center platform but I do wish the VCC and the VO could be combined into ONE system!!

Pros: 8x8 has a very good product with just the right amount of features that our company needs. They have very little downtime and Maintenance usually takes place on the weekends. Support is quick to respond but often slow to resolve issues. Overall, I’d give them an A-. Cons: Billing outside of the US is extremely complicated to understand.
