Levon Bing helped me and was very polite and helpful! This office is so clean it shines! Storage was very clean and looked unused!

We have stored our belongings here for 3 years and the gentleman that set us up was a super nice guy. We returned here to rent another unit for a month to organize our things before moving out of state and taking all of our things, trying to make it easier by being at the same location as our other unit. The lady working was so rude and snippy that we decided to take our business down the street to public storage, even though it's an inconvenience. I needed storage, I came, I saw, and received great customer service. The Sales Manager was very helpful in my selection of my storage need. Not to mention, the affordable price.
THE RATE INCREASES EVERY 9 months $25 after the 1 year contract is over In my opinion that's ridiculous and taking advantage of people in a difficult financial time as such The staff I are always so nice and patient The units themselves are made of wood so it's definitely a fire hazard and the access isn't drive up it's quite a walk from the "elevator" / stairs to the units It's unfortunate to have such obscene policies for a mediocre facility
Jessika helped me get a unit quick and easy! Couldn't have asked for better customer service! I was able to get a unit right down the hall from where I already had one before, making it easy for me to move my things from one unit to another in this crazy heat

Employees were very polite and informative leaving my belongings isn't easy to do but they made me feel reassured that everything will be kept safe.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and just received a rate increase of $45.00 a month. I am being told the rate increases are now after every 4 months for new renters and every 10 months for existing renters. With the current pandemic in place and inflation rates so high, I believe it is unfortunate and unprofessional for a storage company to demand a rate increase. I will be removing my belongings as soon as possible and do not recommend anyone to use their services based on the lack of concern for the impact on t... read more
