Shawn and Grace are very friendly and helpful. Shawn was very informative and found me what I needed. She answered all my questions. The place itself is secured and well maintained. I'm glad I chose this location and was able to meet someone like Shawn to help me through it.

I really enjoyed the experience and customer service today at A1 Storage with Shawn! She had lots of information and was very friendly. If you're in the military, you also get a great deal!! I loved the property and they have alarms for the units. I recommend the property and especially Shawn for her GREAT customer service!!!! Come here for your storage needs.

Go to grace Shawn ! She gave us a whole tour to our unit space, she explained everything very clear, great attitude ! And establishment is very clean and immaculate :) do recommend this storage.

The staff here are very helpful, informative, and very customer service oriented. I felt comfortable with no preasure what so ever. Very friendly as well as proffesional. I was impressed with the security, as well as how clean they kept the property. My biggest concern were mice, rats, or roaches. I was very happy to find not a trace of any. I recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a top notch place to store your belongings.
Don't look anywhere else... seriously. Moving is super stressful and Grace and Shawn at this A-1 location made my it so much easier. Good old fashioned customer service works every time. The A-1 facilities are spotless and secure and like I've said multiple times before, Grace and Shawn made it even better!

Where to begin...lol. I'll keep it short and simple seeing as most my reviews are extensive. They up the price considerably and quite often. They change their fees without any warning, some months one of the fees is $5 the next it's $9... No warning when raising prices. At least extra S does warn you. All these storage places have no laws governing them so they do what they want. When a customer is in auction status, or behind on their payments, fees can be incurred, but these are outlined in our Rules and Regulations document that is signed at the time of renting.
