Shawn was amazing, she answered all of my questions, and handled all of my concerns even while she was dealing with a crazed, meth infested client who was clearly troubled. Shawn deserves a raise for her patience in dealing with people. I rented a storage even though I was afraid the guy was going to steal my stuff :)

Hands down the best customer service around! Shawn and Grace are awesome! The great experience started as soon as I walked in the door. The facility is very clean and the office smells amazing! I have had storage units in the past, none compare to this place!! Andrew

Shawn and Grace are absolutely excellent! They are helpful, kind and courteous! My husband and I have been to other storage unit facilities and A1 self storage has provided the best service! Shawn and Grace made the process of moving our items easy and stress free! We highly recommend A1 self storage!!

Had the opportunity to use the A 1 Storage again. The most friendliest people ever. The place is so clean and well managed. They have best free coffee and the decor is wonderful. Hate having to use storage but they make me feel wonderful about the whole experience. Thanks Shawn and Grace

Shawn was excellent. This is my 1st time ever having to go through this, and I must say she helped me through gracefully. I really enjoyed the experience and customer service today at A1 Storage with Shawn! She had lots of information and was very friendly. If you're in the military, you also get a great deal!! I loved the property and they have alarms for the units. I recommend the property and especially Shawn for her GREAT customer service!!!! Come here for your storage needs.
