Kaela's service was impeccable. They let me reserve for 2 weeks while I weighed my other options and were able to accommodate me when I was traveling coast to coast for work. Kaela was very friendly and her service was simply the best. I would recommend A-1 at Pacific Hwy to anyone. In regard to the units, at first I was hesitant because it was near downtown but there's a ton flexibility. There's parking and you can pull your car through the garage to unload your stuff as well.
The best storage facility I've ever used. Different... team atmosphere, friendly, great service and great facility. THE BEST. HIGHLY recommended. GREAT!

First of all I would like to thank Kaela for putting up with me. We were travelling to San Diego on our motorcycle and leaving Canada prior to her being able to reserve a spot for us. This was disconcerting to me as I wanted to ensure that we had a spot prior to leaving home - I did not want to be searching for a space upon arrival in San Diego. Everyone here is super friendly! Facility is always clean and I always feel safe when coming here. Love the fact that it's in a great location and offers car storage as well. And any place military friendly is great in my book!! Two thumbs up!!

I am very happy with my experience @ this location of A-1 storage! The staff is very helpful, and personable. I dealt mostly with Brad. He is super nice, and always helped when I needed it! This location is clean, with very easy access. I would definitely recommend this A-1!
I bring in and pick up my truck every year a couple times. The place is close to the airport, which makes it perfect to pick up my vehicle after I landed, even on late arrivals. The staff is very friendly and very efficient in helping me get my car in and out. The store is very clean, there is no dust on the truck, even after a couple months. I strongly recommend this facility to everyone - you will like it.
I was working in San Diego temporarily. I was flying home for a bit and needed somewhere to leave my car. I didn't know anyone where I could leave it with. Then I thought I could have left it in the street but I didn't want to be home worrying ...will I get a ticket? will I be towed? etc. I ended up leaving the car here.
