Great location for Downtown residents. Use the north entrance/exit if you plan to turn south on PCH. The south entrance is a right turn only (north only). Facility is very clean, organized and well managed. Security looks great and hours are reasonable. So far so good.

I just rented a very large space here even though I'd originally expected to rent a smaller, less expensive space but after a very thorough walk through with Daniel - who listened intently to my needs and explained numerous options - I ended up saving money due to various specials and discounts available. As well, there were other perks as the unit was in a cooler part of the building, very close to the elevator and plenty of parking for the moving truck. Convenient, Clean, brightly lit, helpful staff. We have stored our things here for years without any issues, and just chose them to store our entire household goods while we transition from one home to another.

I've stored in a few places and this is one of the best. Reasonably priced, clean, good access and very professional and friendly service, especially by Leo but all staff were very good.

I was pleased with the service I received both on the telephone when I reserved a space and doing the paperwork. The space is exactly as advertised. They were very busy on the Sunday when I moved in so I had to wait both for a cart and for the elevator. Other days have been fast and convenient.

Raymond was so gracious and helpful. He took the time to walk me through the lay-of-the-land He was so accommodating. The space seemed much smaller than advertised. I didn't have a measuring tape to verify it. I did feel a little deceived. I just paid my bill and they added a $10 protection plan that I never agreed to. Again, Raymond who works the front desk is a class-act, the company, however seems sleazy. I would not recommend them. I prefer working with a company that has integrity.

The place is immaculate and the people are competent and pleasant. I feel our cars and belongings are in good hands during our transition in housing. Also the location near the airport is excellent. Note if you use uber to get to the airport they will pick you up at the Hilton next door.

An Urban person, I have always self-stored my non-essentials. I am extremely impressed with this family-owned company, very convenient Little Italy and Downtown San Diego. It is a NEW facility, clean, well managed and wonderfully organized. They have been very flexible with my needs since moving to San Diego from San Francisco in September. I needed a large 10 x 10 unit initially, then downsized to a tiny one, back up to a 10 x 10, now permanently in a sweet orange doored tiny one.
