This is the best storage facility in San Diego. Specifically in the downtown area. The staff is extremely helpful, the location is amazing and it is well kept. Thank you again, the staff is super friendly.

I loved that they stayed open late but had to leave after 1 year because they kept raising the price every 3-4 months...

Service was amazing, and my unit was so easy to access! I've had other storage units before where there was either only one elevator or only one wagon to help move my items, but this one has many. Parking is so simple and I feel very safe in this area. There are online specials if you check out the website. If you're looking to get a storage unit somewhere safe, accessible, and in an easy way-- this is it!

Came here to buy boxes. Large clean facility, pleasant staff boxes and other supplies. There is not that much of variety of boxes, but it is still pretty good.

It was easy and quick to reserve a storage unit online and the front office helped me complete the process and find my unit right away. Cancellation was easy as well and just required a trip to the office and signing a form after I removed my lock. Thanks for making a stressful move better!

I've had units here for 10 years & have no issue with the people or the place but the steps U have to go through to update your credit card information is ridiculous. Next time it would be a lot easier to cancel & move to another facility.

Look no further - this place is great! I've never rented a storage unit before and was a bit apprehensive on where I was going to store my belongings. Maya helped me and showed me 3 units - she reserved one for me and I had a few days to decide. Needless to say, she was so helpful I went back the next day and moved my stuff in, which was seamless. Very easy, very helpful!

We've been using A-1 Self Storage on Pacific Hwy for over a year and half for both a car and household items. Emma, Cesar and Armando have been so very professional and courteous to us. They took such good care of our car, as we scheduled to drive the car regularly and all worked together to make sure the car was always ready for us. So very appreciated!
