This place is very well-lit clean staff was very nice. Would have liked if there was some sort of trash on site not necessarily a dumpster but even a trash can.

Started out with two large units after moving out of a house, then downsized to one large unit, then to a single smaller unit, until finally I could fit what was left in my apartment. Motivation to downsize and eventually eliminate storage supplied by increasing rates over time, but that's to be expected. This place is clean, secure, and well maintained.

This is one of the cleanest, well-maintained storage place I've ever used. Lots of covered pkg spots available. They have moving flat carts for use. The office is well-stocked with moving supplies & the staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

Great staff and great storage. Not only have I been a repeat customer, but the last unit I rented I had to do on the fly deployed overseas. A-1 sent me the pertinent documents I needed to sign to give a buddy permission to access the purchased unit and move my goods into. All before the day of. I'll continue to be a customer as long as this type of service continues!

Every single member at this location treated me very kindly and seemed to sincerely care that I had an important flight to catch. I was stressed out and worried I was going to miss my flight but the staff quickly got the paper work filled out with myself while simultaneously examining my vehicle. I was in and out of A-1 storage in ten minutes and I was able to make my flight because of their eagerness and professional preparedness. My car is stored here for a couple of months. The A-1 people were friendly and helpful and made it very easy for me to reserve the storage space and drop my car off. I left my car with them with complete confidence that it will be in good shape when I pick it up. I recommend them highly.

This place has great customer service and is clean. Evan was really patient with me while I was trying to decide which unit would work best for my needs. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease and was very friendly. He made filling out the paperwork a breeze. A-1 Self Storage is super clean and the service is great! I got to the office just before they closed (after a very, very long drive with a Uhaul trailer) and a staff member was able to find me a unit close to the elevators and even stayed a few minutes after closing to show me the unit and how to use the pass codes. I would definitely recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone! The only thing that might need adjustment is the elevator. It is very slow.
