Pretty much get what you pay for. Clean and well managed storage facility. If you've had a bad experience this will make sense.

The best storage in (or close to) downtown. We initially had our storage at Ballpark storage on 6th... that's a terrible place due to the homeless activity. A-1 is clean and convenient! Glad we changed

I rented a medium storage unit A1 on Pacific Highway as well as in PB during the past year. I found the staff courteous and knowledgeable and always willing to help. The facility is immaculate and feels very safe. It is secure and well lighted. I would not hesitate to rent a storage unit here again.

Good safe storage. Friendly staff. The only downside is that every few months they increase your rent. So, they hook you in with a cheap rate, then once they have you, they increase it. So if you have a place closer to where you live and it's a bit more expensive, go with them because the savings really isn't there.
Very cocky and rude customer service! The employees park their cars in the loading bays all day so, the customers have to find street parking to load and unload. I asked if they could move their car so I could load my stuff and they(Leo) laughed at me and said no.

Cheapest moving boxes in the game and you get a volume discount if you purchase more than 10 items. The staff is helpful and carried everything out to my car for me. Highly recommend!!
