We had a fantastic experience with this A-1 Self Storage facility. The building is extremely well maintained, safe and climate controlled, and the elevators and dollies make moving in/out a breeze. The staff is also great and made the entire moving process simple, effective, and pleasant. Big thanks to Kevin and the rest of the team!
I've been renting for over 5 years now. Last week was the first time in over a year that I visited my storage unit to find a lot of mouse droppings and some of my items chewed up. I reported it and went back on Friday 8/7 to meet up with Kevin to take pictures/videos and confirmed infestation. It's been almost a week now and nothing is being done nor has our messages been followed up since then. Very clean and secured. I don't have to worry about anyone braking in. I like the fact you need a security code to in the Units. And they have cameras. The staff there are amazing.
Been renting a storage unit here for a couple of months. The building is super secure and clean. Every renter has their own dedicated code for the building and will only allow you access to the floor your unit is on. They provide carts that are convenient when taking things in and out of the unit. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure here.
Kevin is a super friendly and knowledgeable fellow - he made our experience super easy and fun!
