I needed temporary storage for my move abroad, which would last approximately 6 months. As a first-time user of self-storage, I was initially skeptical. This is my first time ever I needed storage and the staff are the most friendliest staff and I have to say everything was very clean and professional. I am speechless only place I would ever go for storage is here. Thank you guys

I never had any problems with this property. The property was always clean as well as the public restrooms. The office staff was very polite. Unfortunately I had to move due to the increase of cost, but this is normal at storage facilities. I felt safe on the property at all times.

This place sucks. My unit was broken into and some of my stuff was stolen. The way that A1 Storage rectify The situation was to make me pay for the month that my unit was broken into and half off the following month. So basically I paid them to not keep my stuff safe and to allow someone to break in. Beware if you are looking for a secure storage place you should go else where. That is what I will be doing.

I called in and was helped by Carolina, she was able to help me over the phone to get my storage and I was able to meet her that same day to find my storage. Throughout the entire interaction over the phone and in person Carolina was so friendly and cheerful, she was able to answer any questions u had. It made me feel confident in choosing this place as a storage. It was a super easy process and being helped out by Carolina really was the icing on the cake, definitely recommend this place 100%. This is a wonderful storage facility. The entire building is always spotless. I love my unit. It's a fair price given today's market. Best of all, Yabone is always on hand to help me with any questions or concerns I might have. He's very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Great, safe, clean, affordable. If you're in the valley the Vanowen location is as nice/secure as the Studio City's for less price.

Secure facility, friendly helpful staff. I felt confident keeping my cherished belongings there for 4 years and finally just vacated. The area is a bit busy and industrial and can be hard getting in and out of, but totally fine for occasional visits. There are clean restrooms on site and flatbed dollys that are super handy. During the start of pandemic, when I reached out about vacating due to financial hardship, the manager worked with me and reduced the price. Nice experience overall.

I was impressed by the clean, well-lit, and seemingly secure storage units. Access to your unit is also very convenient. The staff at the front desk are very professional and helpful. Their rates are very competitive, especially when compared to other nearby storage places (with much lower Yelp reviews). I will write a follow-up review at the conclusion of my lease.
