I moved my belongings in on October 11th, and it was smooth. I reserved a unit online and went in the next day to check in and let them copy my drivers license and Diana showed me the unit. The only hitch is that they use locks that are kind of strange, but that may be the thing now at storage units. Maybe these are theft-proof. Anyway, they sell them in the office and you can also get them from hardware stores or Amazon. Easy to get in, there's a security gate for in and out. So far so good.
We were greeted by Kristina. She was very friendly and welcoming. We were then helped by Diana. I can't say enough good things about the customer service Diana provided. She took her time and showed us the different size units they had available. Diana was very knowledgeable about the different sizes and their capacity. I felt like Diana wanted us to be happy with our choice. She was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Great job, Diana! Pleasure doing business with you.

Really easy to get to! /And feels safe to walk around, even when it gets dark. The staff here is EXTREMELY helpful and nice, especially Shawn!
Great facility! Super friendly service and super secure. Traveling from Seattle and I'm storing my son's and his roommate furniture for the summer given that they go to SDSU. The customer service at this location is superb!! All details explained and even told me about getting a discount for their lock. Glad I chose this place!
