Updated Review from 1 star to 5: The area manager called, explained what happened and outlined the path to the resolution. I also was contacted by 2 other people. Another good review with as Louis the star. He is very personable and helpful. He took time to answer questions and showed personal pride in A -1 Self Storage. I was uncertain of the size of unit I needed and the difference in costs. He was patient and gladly showed us the units to compare. What's more, the place is bright, clean and easily accessible. I really do recommend.
Louis was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He was friendly, went out of his way to answer the questions I had with certainty and confidence. The grounds were clean, as was my storage unit when I moved in 4 months ago. Louis was just as friendly the day I moved in as he was today, when I moved my things out of my unit and closed my account. I would definitely return to this location in the future for all of my storage needs.
We just now moved into A-1storage. We are so impressed with the cleanliness, the ease in renting and good value. Working with the staff, especially LeAnne, was a pleasure. Everyone was really helpful.

I was a little lost on where to go for a storage unit, so i got on here and saw the reviews on this place. 4.8 out of 5 stars looked good to me and I looked forward to meeting Louis, who was mentioned here. Upon arriving there i was greeted promptly and was pleased to see he was still there! The reviews on here didn't lie. The staff here are very helpful and professional. I am a longtime customer and recently moved from a drive up unit to one slightly larger. Louis helped me with the change and recommended how to best manage the switch to minimize overlap and payment of two units during the move. I am very happy with these folks!
