This facility was very well maintained; it was both clean and secre. The staff, Terri and Louis, were very friendly and professional as well. This is a great place to store your belongings and feel comfortable that nothing will happen to them.

The customer service and staff are amazing. The storage facility is clean, secure, and efficient. The price was slightly higher than other placers, but was worth it for the convenience of the location, security of the units, and variety of storage sizes.

The customer service and staff are awesome. They make it as painless as possible (let's face it, storage is rarely fun: it's usually due to moving, deaths, divorce or inheriting crap!). It's a tad expensive but I don't know the economics of it all. The expense forced me to pull it out and deal w it. lol....

This place is great. We have been customers here for nearly 3 years and have always been treated with the best customer service. Louis at the front desk always greets you with a friendly smile and will make you feel so welcome. The prices are very reasonable as well. We are now in the process of clearing out our storage space and almost sad to go. Thanks for the great customer service and all your help!

The units were clean! I could set up automatic payments, the staff is -super friendly- and helpful! Ultra safe and very secure! Highly recommended!

I needed a storage unit for 5 months, and based on yelp reviews I decided to use A-1 Self Storage on Bascom. I am very happy with my experience. The office staff is very helpful/informative and the facility is very clean. I recently moved out my belongings from the storage unit and had no problems. I highly recommend this facility!

Let me start by saying I used to be a client of A1 on Bascom a couple years ago because they were conveniently placed in my neighborhood. I like most clients used they're wonderful facility temporarily. Just last week I was in a major bind and needed a fax machine since I don't have one.
