I am astounded at the difference between A 1 storage and Public Storage. This place is so clean and well maintained, the units are cinder block and metal making me feel my stuff will be well protected. I only dealt with a man named Louis who obviously enjoys his job, he was so thorough, friendly and professional, great representation of the company. You need look no further than A1 if you want to store stuff you care about without worry.(Donna)

Recently I moved from Public Storage to A-1 Self Storage. I am astounded at the differences and am kicking myself for not moving here months ago. I am paying less than I did at Public Storage and I have a larger unit. Instead of plywood walls that stop 2-3 feet before the ceiling I am in a unit with cinder block walls that reach all the way to the ceiling. Been using them for years. M In my line of work I need to store my medical samples in storage. This place is always Clean. People are nice, and I always feel safe there. I cannot say that for other locations. I moved once and was so happy to come back.

Terry, Louis, and LeAnna are absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about them and their warmth and willingness to 'go the extra mile' to help you. Upper management/corporate always is changing policies though...mostly frustrating! But thank goodness for Terry, Louis and LeAnna! Facility is extremely clean and tidy. Never had an issue with security. Very easy to get in and out of both the facility and my unit. Plenty of dollies to help transport all my junk! Would highly recommend.

I came here to grab an estimate and to look at sizes because I wasn't sure how much storage I would need. The customer service was excellent. Prices were competitive and when I said I needed to think about it, she was still nice. The facility looked secure and clean as well.

The clerks are so helpful and polite, the space was easy to access, and the grounds cleaner than my house! I felt safe and my belongings were very secure. Highly recommend!

I rented a 10x20 drive-up unit for several months to store our stuff while our house was on the market. I visited and comparison-shopped nearly all (half-dozen or so) storage places in the Los Gatos/Campbell area that have drive-up units where you can back your truck up to your unit's door. This place had the cheapest rate for a 10x20 drive-up unit. It's in a safe location with good visibility. There is plenty of parking/drive-up area, and well-lit at night. They were SO WONDERFUL! I came into the office not sure what to expect but I was completely blown away with how friendly the staff was! ... Really made a difference in my day to be treated so well. Not only is the staff incredible but the facility is very clean and they have carts which makes moving boxes very easy. I highly recommend them! The facility also felt very safe and secure. What a great experience!

Great place, and it is very, very clean. It feels safe and secure and it doesn't get too busy, so you can always park close to "your" access door. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Only thing is that sometimes they only have one person staffing the front desk, so if they are away, you need to wait until they get back. Also sometimes the distribution of the carts is uneven and you need to run to different floor or door to grab a cart.
