It's been a while since I went to my storage unit and I had lost the key. When I went to the front desk with my bolt cutter. The staff kindly explained that I needed a special round key and showed me what it looked like. They also gave the card of a less expensive locksmith. As a result of the staff's extra effort to show me what the key looked like, I was able to find it! The staff was awesome! Give these guys a raise!

I really never thought I'd be leaving a review about customer service at a self storage facility. (Because how much contact do you really expect to have with their associates?) But this place deserves it! I've had nothing but positive experiences - from the initial sign-up, to the incredibly easy process of ending my lease halfway through a payment term (and getting a prorated rent, no questions asked!) I went in to see a unit after seeing the reviews on yelp. The two men were rude and told me they had no specials etc. I showed them the25% off the first month and free lock on yelp and he said I was wrong. I showed him again and he said no and asked when I found that offer. I informed him it was 2 mins ago and he said they still would not honor and basically called me a liar. My husband and I then left because I really don't want to rent from someone like that.

I forgot to check Yelp before looking for a storage space. But I checked afterwards....fortunately it has five stars!! Whew!! Really great staff, they gave me prompt and courteous service. Place looks clean and well maintained. Looks secure! Sold!!

Living in the Bay Area with family means storing away my currently unused belongings into store. The staff here was very nice when I arrived and extremely prompt with responses when I made the reservation. They immediately gave me a small tour to the unit and gave me details about how the security works for the property. Conveniently located nearby my primary residence and street parking is easy to find since they only have about 5 off-street parking spots (but I doubt they'll all be full at the same time). Great service and very clean and secure. For a few extra dollars ask for a basement unit as they are temperature controlled which will be better for your belongings. Easy access, great hours. Absolutely no complaints. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go!
I stopped by for a quick quote since I'm relocating back to San Jose. Louis was such a gentleman, very patient, polite and informative. Spent a good amount a time with me even thou I wont be moving until the beginning of April his Patience and the facilities cleanliness won me over!
