Give a huge "Shout out" to Carlos,Luis and Kevin, the office staff. I have had a storage unit here for 8 years, very clean units. Was very happy storing my items here!!

Well lit, clean, comes with individual fire sprinkler system, good management team, automated payment available, online billing management available... it even has music inside of the storage building. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I have never rented a storage unit before and did not know quite what to expect. We were helped by both Louis and Carlos. The were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and patient in answering our questions. They showed us some different units as we were not sure what size we wanted. This location is exceptionally clean and well-secured. This place is tops!! I had the pleasure of being helped by both Kevin and Louis. Great location, very friendly staff, and the place feels clean, safe and secure. Though I've never used a storage place before and was feeling a bit nervous about the whole thing, the process was easy and very straight-forward.

I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage, I have a business account/unit there for my job. The people at the front desk are very friendly and always helpful. The facility is always neat and clean. I've been with them for a little over a year, I pay my bill in person and the exchanges have always been pleasant.

This place is awesome. The guy Louis is amazing. Very cool guy. He deserves a raise if not to own the damn place. Also its very clean and the smallest option 5x5 is plenty of space.

Rented a unit from Andrea today. She was very helpful (patient with all my questions on pricing, sizing, etc) and excellent customer service (walked me to units to check sizes to make sure I made to right choice). I mentioned Yelp and they honor the web pricing. Reasonable prices, good inventory of supplies (locks, boxes, tape, etc). Property is well monitored, clean and well kept. If the rental relationship is as positive as my interaction with Andrea, I'm sure to be pleased with my decision to rent here. Will keep you post... read more

I was with A-1 Storage on Bascom in Campbell for many years. The whole staff was great, and the service I got from Louis was exceptional. He was so helpful no matter what I needed. He was professional, always very friendly, and the whole time I was there he never forgot who I was! The facilities were well maintained and the place well lit. Gate hours were the best I've seen and I liked that the restrooms stayed open instead of closing when the office closed. My brother rented a space here a year ago. They have clean hallways and it was easy to find carts for loading stuff up. Elevators were large and moved at an average pace. You need to remember to code in before you go in even if the gate is open. Otherwise you can't get out.
