These guys have incredible service! I just got assisted by Chris renting out a storage unit and this is by far one of the best customer experiences I've had (of all time) Chris was really quick and thorough in explaining the rental process, he showed me my unit, showed me how to put the lock on (offered me a free one with yelp check in) and even offered to hold a spare key for my friend to pick up at a later time. Great storage facility! Been here 3 years ago for a always friendly always clean and pinky working at the front desk she was really helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend to the other people.
Very impressed with ease of reserving a space online and received a follow up phone call from Pinky. Claudia was extremely helpful and courteous when we arrived to rent our space. The facility is really clean, easy access, carts on wheels available for ease of moving items to unit. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.
The staff at A-1 was so helpful and nice. They helped us save money and since we needed a storage unit for a non-profit we really appreciate that! That allows us more money to help students in our community. Thanks A-1!
I was pleasantly surprised with the service and conditions of A-1 Self Storage in Mira Mesa. Chris and Grace were very helpful and patient. All my questions were answered quickly and directly. The facility is clean and secure, and I felt completely safe walking around the facility because of all the security items in place.

We walked in and were nicely welcomed and assisted by the front desk staff. Grace and Pinky were very helpful in explaining to us all the questions/ concerns we have in mind. With all the stress from moving we have to deal with these last couple days, we truly appreciate how professional yet humble and kind the customer service here.
