I "moved in" to my storage unit today! The ladies working were so friendly! They have precautions in place for Covid. My unit was easy to find and the the building was clean. I highly recommend!!

I was running late and I called A1 and Grace answered. She said she was staying after hours and that I could come in now. That alone she went above and beyond to get me in to put my things in storage! I was so thankful she said yes. I am now stress free!! Thank you Grace!! Shes amazing!!

Earlier this week I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. I've been a customer at this location for several years. I called up to see what is available and what cost was going to be. I spoke to the associate 'Grace' at the branch who went above and beyond to get me something as soon as possible. Thankfully just down the corridor from my existing unit (so therefore less time and hassle to move). These guys have incredible service! I just got assisted by Chris renting out a storage unit and this is by far one of the best customer experiences I've had (of all time) Chris was really quick and thorough in explaining the rental process, he showed me my unit, showed me how to put the lock on (offered me a free one with yelp check in) and even offered to hold a spare key for my friend to pick up at a later time.
