It was awesome. The office staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. The grounds were neat and well cared for.

Great facility, Mark was very professional & helpful during my visit to check out availability for my needs. He was out of office when I finalized everything, but Sabrina handled everything, walked me through key process, paperwork, all requirements, etc. This is second time I've used this facility over 8 years & its an excellent choice, clean & staff always helpful! If you don't want to lose a space, they will reserve/hold for you, just ask!

Very clean and well maintained. You don't need to worry about rodents or insects. Had our belongs stored at this facility just shy of a year. Our boxes and wool rugs left the property in the same condition as they went in. The manager provided excellent customer service, always pleasant and helpful.

I love A1 Self Storage! This is the cleanest storage facility I've used. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have many payment options which includes a kiosk if you need to pay after hours. I highly recommend A1 Self Storage.
If you have anything of value, close your unit and run. If you haven't been to your unit in a while, get down there ASAP. When I started renting here a few years ago, I did so because they had good reviews on google. Prices were good and everything was great, until it wasn't. One day I go to my unit and all my stuff is thoroughly picked through with all the valuables and anything of resale value gone. I have been using this "OUTFIT" multiple storage units at the Concord facility for over (25) years and they are "extremely poor communicators" and very rude female personalities!!! They were charging me monthly on an old discontinued AMEX credit card which was never updated and allowed by AMEX, until I called and questioned the old card vs my new card!
