Great Customer Service, allowed me to choose and look into the different size storage units. Very Friendly and straightforward. Gives military discounts with already great prices! Jim, Laura were the ones to help me, very friendly and respectful.

Both Laura and Amy provided really great customer service and helped us out last minute to get us the storage we needed on the same day. The facilities are nice and clean.

I've had the storage unit about a year I think and I could honestly say the hours are good. The location is perfect. I haven't had any issues with the storage unit. They accommodate you and for whatever specific unit you wanna look into they also have an elevator and it's honestly very very good surgeon. I can't complain if you don't trust me it's OK but I've had a good experience with the storage unit and especially when it comes to unloading and loading my things and the hours are good and the days that are available for y... read more

Very smooth experience here at A-1 Self Storage. Jim in the main office was able to show me several storage units and even give me 75% off my first 2 months of the unit that I selected. Very clean units with lots of availability for whatever my needs were. Will certainly have a repeat customer in me!
