The workers there were extremely helpful to me! I asked about an online quote and they granted it to me when I applied for a unit. Rules are simple to follow and I can pay online. Didn't take long to do the paperwork. I look forward to seeing them around!

Tracy provided excellent customer service, even though i came in 20 minutes before closing. I had made a reservation for a storage unit but she had not been notified. She still got all the paperwork together and explained the information I needed to know in time, all while being accurate. She deserves a raise. She is a great example.

We came to A-1 after an awful experience with the storage place across the street where we originally had our reservation. Tracey helped us get a unit quickly as she understood we were in a time crunch and had already wasted precious time dealing with the rude staff across the way. In the year that we rented from A-1 we were always treat well, with respect and occasional jokes were exchanged. Mainly they really knew their clients which is rare these days. This is the best storage place for vehicles I have ever used. The facilities are excellent and the people make it special-Tracey, Jim and Dave. They are personable, customer oriented and accommodating. My cars are secure and I am happy.

I have had nothing but great service and reasonable rates from A-1 in Oceanside. The people are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are secure, clean, and well organized. I have used a few storage facilities throughout the years and this one is the best.
