We have rented our unit here for several years and we thought it was the best place to rent in Oceanside, until our unit was broken into. The bizarre way of how it could have happened only became obvious it was an inside job and not to mention that other units were also broken into the same time. Large items of our belongings were stolen and there was no evidence of it showing in the outside cameras. At least that is what we were told. Perfect rate for my budget. Everything was clear and discussed over the phone. So when I showed up all I had to do is look at what I wanted, pay, and sign papers. Totally what I look for when I do business. Even helped that the guy in the office was like able person.

This a pretty good place to store your things. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is that the local climate will cause your things to mold VERY QUICKLY. I had things in here for less than 6 months and came back to them covered in mold. I do suppose that is my own fault for not covering them enough, but how tightly can you wrap every single piece of furniture that you own? I just believe that it should be stressed before you store your items that this may happen. All that aside, the staff is incredibly helpful... read more

We have had our storage unit at A-1 for quite a few years. I can't begin to tell you how helpful, friendly, positive that Tracey, David, and Jim are! They always greet us by our name, know our unit number, etc. How can they remember all this with so many units? They do it because they are professionals. Class act all the way around! Thanks for all your hard work!
Great front office management services. I'm new to the storage facility but it appears clean and well maintained. They have cars available for hauling.

My family rented a storage unit for 6 months over the summer. From beginning till the end the staff was wonderful. They treat you with respect, they are always welcoming and very helpful. We also constantly saw them patrolling the units, so we knew our belongings were in good hands.
