We have been renting for a year and what a great service along with a great staff easy to work with if you are looking for storage in Oside this is the place for you

If I can give half a star I would!! Never put your stuff in these storages unless you want it stolen from or get mold on your valuables. Just very unacceptable and not professional at all.

A1 is a nice clean facility and Eileen the receptionist is nice and sweet and is very professional and on top things. She made the experience great and fun and u will recommend a1 storage to my family and friends

A-1 has been a good deal. One of the managers explained the various storage options, then walked me through step-by-step how to use the security gate and freight elevators in a clear way that was easy to remember. The storage unit and the halls are exceptionally clean, and the managers are present each day and protective of their customers. Definitely recommend.
Initially, they assured me safety is a priority. Despite the "cameras" and "secured" gate, my vehicle was vandalized. The staff refused all and any assistance; zero footage.
Do not RENT HERE this place seemed to be a great choice . I didn't really notice either way .... Until it was time to place items from my deceased family member in my storage they hindered me from accessing my storage and told me if I want to access my stuff I will have to speak to them in person every time ..this guy was so uninformative and had a rude tone first thing in the morning ..he mentions I have violated some hours meaning we didn't get out til and hour after the place closed .. and that's enough of a reason to beh... read more
Great experience. I can't recall the 2 guys' names working behind the desk but they seem like great guys. They answer all questions and seem to care about you. We walked up and they showed me the different sizes of units before we chose, which really helped. I recommend going with the size up. You always seem to have more than what you think you have. Here less than 6 months and they are already jacking up my rent by more than 10%. That and the hours are inconvenient plus it's in the absolute ghetto with tons of homeless milling about. Give this one a pass and find some place better.

These guys were great, especially when my movers said my stuff wouldn't fit and they came to my rescue with a new storage unit ASAP.. I recommend them, they are amazing
