Tracy provided excellent customer service, even though i came in 20 minutes before closing. I had made a reservation for a storage unit but she had not been notified. She still got all the paperwork together and explained the information I needed to know in time, all while being accurate. She deserves a raise. She is a great example.

We came to A-1 after an awful experience with the storage place across the street where we originally had our reservation. Tracey helped us get a unit quickly as she understood we were in a time crunch and had already wasted precious time dealing with the rude staff across the way. In the year that we rented from A-1 we were always treat well, with respect and occasional jokes were exchanged. Mainly they really knew their clients which is rare these days. This is the best storage place for vehicles I have ever used. The facilities are excellent and the people make it special-Tracey, Jim and Dave. They are personable, customer oriented and accommodating. My cars are secure and I am happy.

I have had nothing but great service and reasonable rates from A-1 in Oceanside. The people are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are secure, clean, and well organized. I have used a few storage facilities throughout the years and this one is the best.

My friend recommended me this storage. What I love most about this place is the customer service especially with Tracy. She is friendly and very helpful with all my needs. I recommend A-1self storage to anybody who is looking for a place to store their belongings.
Tracey, Jim and David are the best! They go out of their way to help us in all ways. We are always greeted with a friendly hello, and smiles! They offer helpful suggestions how to organize our unit. It has been a pleasure working with them. We have had our storage unit for over 15 years, and have never had a problem. It is a pleasure working with these folks! Keep up the great job!!
I have been renting a variety of storage spaces over the years at this location and can attest to the fact that I have not had any negative experiences to date, and it's going on ten years. My tenure here speaks for itself. Great staff, great facility, highly recommended.
This was a great storage facility! I had my things stored here for 6 months. It was very clean and the people working were very friendly! I went to about 5 different storage facilities looking for the perfect unit and found this one to have the best price for the size I needed. I was very pleased with my unit and the facility. I would definitely go here again for storage!
Although I only needed to store my stuff at A-1 storage for a few months, I have nothing but great things to say! The facility at 3040 Oceanside Blvd. has been wonderful. It was very easy to obtain a storage unit and they were very accommodating in finding a location near a family members. It was also very easy when I was no longer in need of the storage unit.
