I have had THE worst experience at this facility. I hate to give them a one star because DEAN is amazing yet Dean is out for eye surgery and they have inexperienced kids filling in for him. Dave or Scott or whoever is going to see this....I need to hear from you before I escalate this further which I absolutely will.

Customer service is amazing here which it what first caught my attention. Merary was SO helpful with helping me get the right size unit for my items. This facility is clean, easy to access and the staff is great. I will be referring people here if they ever need storage. Do not go to Public Storage, come to this business instead!!

After looking for a storage unit for a couple of days i was not happy with the choices then i went over to A-1 storage in huntington beach on gothard the manager there Dean was very helpful with making sure we got the right size unit we needed and giving me confidence that my belongings would be safe there. Dean was very forward with the rules and what would not be tolerated. Dean the property manager was wonderful from the moment we walked in, throughout our stay, and our final move out day! The units are incredibly clean! My wife and I would recommend this location! Great experience at A-1 Self Storage!

Don't often leave reviews, but was really impressed by Dean the manager and the overall facility. Dean is incredibly professional and meticulously detail oriented. The facility is very clean, welcoming and secure. Went out to get a storage unit and had a notably positive customer experience, which seems all the more rare these days. Recommend A1 Storage on Gothard with Dean.

I visited this location today looking for an small space to rent, the manager offered me something bigger "for a supper especial price that happened only once in his 18 years as a manager" when he said the price and I mentioned that was what I was paying right now in another location, he said good bye " Wow! So rude

Rented a unit today, Dean was super helpful and very friendly. I left to check out a couple other facilities after seeing this place, came right back and got a unit. The place is immaculate and very secure, alarms for each unit and more than adequate surveillance. Not to mention some of the best prices in town with great specials, I highly recommend it even from day one.
