I'm so mad at myself for not making this review sooner! I had storage with A-1 for over 6 months and it was the best experience. It was my first time ever renting a storage unit and Dean made the process so, so simple. I recommend this place to everyone I know in the area, and if I still lived in Huntington I would still be using it! 10/10.

I just have to say how pleased I am with A-1 Self storage. The property is clean and safe. The difference maker honestly is the property manager Dean. He is always so kind, takes a personal interest in you and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I can not imagine a better option for storage and I am thankful to have met someone like Dean. I highly recommend A-1 Self Storage... They are tremendous.

What can I say? My experience was (and is) great. Dean was so accommodating to my last minute request and made the whole process smooth and easy. The place is very clean, the temperature controlled units are great and while I hope not to have the unit too long, I'm glad that I found myself at A-1 Storage!

I've had a storage unit at this facility for over 10 years. I moved out of the area so had to close out my storage. This facility is exceptional. Clean, safe, well monitored. Dean, the manager, is amazing and has been there as long as I've had a unit there. He is very responsive and always wants to exceed expectations. He's the reason this place is so top notch, clean, safe, etc. He truly cares and goes above and beyond over and over. So if you need a storage space for a month or for a decade, this is the place.

Dean and A-1 Storage are wonderful! Have just moved (what I hope is the last stage of downsizing) from a storage facility close by after experiencing raise in rates every 5 months. Until the rent reached astronomical heights, the previous place was pleasant. However the moving out process was less than desirable. When I moved and needed a place to store my valuables, I was fortunate to be able to obtain a space with A-1 Storage Huntington Beach on Gothard St. From the beginning Dean, the representative, was so helpful and made me comfortable from the onset. Leaving your wonderful things somewhere is traumatic and I never felt uncomfortable. After almost three years I still feel the same.
