Jennifer is very helpful, friendly accommodating and very hospital public relations very happy with her assistance. I was able to get what I want at a discount and the access from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. drive in in the courtyard it's wonderful. Very convenient hours.

I did not realize what a struggle it can be to find a storage unit in HB! Thankfully I found this spot and Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and helpful when I was in a pinch to get a unit and one that was just what I needed. It's so refreshing to find a business that operates honestly, is clean and has great staff. I would recommend this spot to friends and family and I recommend you store your things here. They really create a great "space" for you!

Stopped in to check out a unit and met with the manager Jennifer! Wow! She was beyond friendly and super helpful in choosing a unit. She even stopped what she was doing to walk us around the property. 5 stars all around. Friendly, informative, quick and clean & safe unit! Bought a space right on the spot!

This A1 Storage facility is one of the best..... I've been renting units here for over 10 years, Jennifer the new manager is doing a great job. Always ready to help and listen to our many questions. And a big PLUS is that she will go out of her way many times to stay extra and help. We all know its hard to find good help now a days. I feel shes a great asset to A1 Storage. Keep up the GOOD work.

Store at your own risk. Was threatened and chased around by one of many homeless customers here and management did nothing about it. They've also had a break in since I got a unit here eight months ago.
Jennifer assisted us with excellent technical knowledge and outstanding customer service. I would strongly recommend this clean and orderly/secure facility for your storage needs.
I received above "normal" or expected service. Angela went way above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my storage needs met. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Communication was better than anticipated. I was guided right to my unit and Angela even came back by to see if I had any needs that she could help with. I really appreciate the extra mile! Thank you Storage King! Hopefully you take good care of your exceptional property manager!
