Very clean place and very well maintained. Dean was very helpful. I would recommend this to everyone.

Dean and A-1 Storage are wonderful! Have just moved (what I hope is the last stage of downsizing) from a storage facility close by after experiencing raise in rates every 5 months. Until the rent reached astronomical heights, the previous place was pleasant. However the moving out process was less than desirable. Just had an absolutely horrible experience with A1 storage and none of which was the front counter receptionist fault. Her customer service was great, but the company policies are ridiculous. As an active member of the state military we are afforded certain legal protections and they have you check a box stating whether or not your military on the application. When you are they request that you sign a waiver of all state and federal military rights. That pushed me over the edge to cancel a contract I just signed. The first ... read more
I wish I could have given a better rating because Arlene is great but the common sense is just not there. I had a big work shipment coming in to them where they usually just put inside my unit. There was no unit # on this shipment but they could have looked it up by my name (as a 1 time courtesy - and simply let me know for the future). I had no idea! Instead, it costed my company a lot of money when they denied the large delivery and re-send not to mention worse, I didn't have what I needed until a week later! I was so upse... read more
Annabel was involved in a scam as the manager I stores over 5 years at this Public Storage and she increase the rent to astronomical amounts and did not notify me and I was on auto pay until one day. I noticed my visa would not work. I ended up paying $811 for a 10 x 20 storage. I started out at just a few hundred she was a witch, wicked wicked practices by Public storage, which I guess is now A1 storage bad people bad business practices be aware of this location
